prior to requesting a return, please confirm your items are eligible for return. if your items are eligible for return, follow the instructions below and email us at service@minebysandy.shop to request a return authorization. please include the order number, date and item(s) you wish to return.
return eligibility: items may be returned within 10 days of receiving your order for a store credit of the purchase price, minus the shipping/handling. all returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the item. returns sent after this time will not be accepted. all items must be in its original packaging, with tags intact and in new condition.
the following items may not be returned: sale items, jewelry, handbags, beauty products, undergarments, worn, altered or dry cleaned merchandise or any items marked as non-returnable in the product description.
please note, this return policy is only applicable to purchases made online.
additional shipping information
orders placed on saturday, sunday, or on a holiday will be processed and shipped the following monday or business day. once orders have shipped, no revisions or cancellations to the order can be accepted.
after an order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number of the order.
MINE by sandy warrants our merchandise for 30 days against defects in workmanship or materials.
the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, modification, water, pets, children, or acts of God.
if we replace a product for you, the replacement assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
