returns, refunds & exchanges policy


We take pride in cultivating only the best brands and providing the best service to our clients.

Given our current health and economic climate, we are temporarily adjusting our store return policy.

A store credit will be offered within 10 days of purchase. A store credit does not expire and may be used at both of our Davidson locations.

we hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out as planned.

prior to requesting a return, please confirm your items are eligible for return.  if your items are eligible for return, follow the instructions below and email us at to request a return authorization. please include the order number, date and item(s) you wish to return.

return eligibility: items may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order for a store credit of the purchase price, minus the shipping/handling. all returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the item. returns sent after this time will not be accepted. all items must be in its original packaging, with tags intact and in new condition.

the following items may not be returned: sale items, jewelry, handbags, beauty products, undergarments, worn, altered or dry cleaned merchandise or any items marked as non-returnable in the product description. 

  • customers are responsible for all merchandise shipped back to MINE by sandy.
  • we require all returns be shipped with a tracking number and with insurance.
  • we prefer returns be shipped using UPS.
  • after inspection of the items, reserves the right to deny a refund if merchandise does not meet our return policy.
  • return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox. shoes returned without the original box or in a damaged shoebox will not be accepted.  clothing must have original tags intact in the original manner on the item.
  • is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned.

please note, this return policy is only applicable to purchases made online.

additional shipping information

orders placed on saturday, sunday, or on a holiday will be processed and shipped the following monday or business day. once orders have shipped, no revisions or cancellations to the order can be accepted.

after an order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number of the order.
